Welcome to the creative idea section of the blog, in this section, we would be looking at the best things to start with if you want to be very creative.

Creativity is a part of human custom. As it not only focuses on the ability to think and apply. But it involves intiating your understandings about a particular thing.

Creativity is a platform for intelligence, It opens the door to achievement and satisfaction. To be creative, you have to understand yourself as an individual.

You have to understand the fact that, nothing is impossible if you don't believe it.

To be a creative person, you need to make use of your thinking ability, try to figure out what you very best at and anchor it with what you're striving to develop.

Below are the keys to becoming a better creative person...

1. Think Like A Child. As adults we tend to think in a conditioned way aimed at showing how clever we are. Yet, as children, we were simply spontaneous and far more creative in our thinking. To re-capture your childhood curiosity, allow yourself to just wonder at things, to be completely present in the here and now, and to detach yourself from what you thought was real.

2. Make New Connections. To be innovative doesn’t require a university degree; it simply requires making a connection between existing ideas. For instance, did you know that ice cream was invented in 2000 BC yet it took another 3900 years for someone to come up with the idea of a cone? It’s when you take two seemingly unrelated items and use the spark of creativity that genius happens.

3. Be A Little Illogical. It is a peculiarly Western trait to want to tie things up in neat bundles. We prefer solutions to problems, and answers to questions. To be creative, you need to be comfortable with things that don’t fit. The Eastern tradition is more in tune with incongruence. As in this Zen koan, or problem: what is the sound of one hand clapping?

4. Laugh More. Tom Peters says that the creativity of a workplace can be measured by a laughometer, ie how much it laughs. Humour is one of the greatest creative devices. It jolts us out of our normal patterns and puts ideas together that shouldn’t go together. It has been found that after listening to comedy tapes, students’ ability to solve problems rises by 60%.

5. Think Outside Your Limits. Many of the products we take for granted today are the result of people thinking outside their limits. John Lynn recalls attending a computer conference in the 1980’s at a hotel when someone joked that the next thing they’d be thinking of would be computerised doors. When he went back to the same hotel 20 years later, all the doors used computer-programmed key cards.

6. Adopt and Adapt. To be creative doesn’t require blue-sky thinking. You can still be creative by adapting what works elsewhere. An American airline that wanted quicker turnarounds on their flights adopted the techniques of Formula One pit crews. Another source of ideas is nature. Georges de Mestral adapted the way certain seeds stick to clothing and invented Velcro.

7. Remember Your Dreams. Dreaming and day-dreaming can create a rich seam of ideas, because that’s when we relax and let the subconscious mind work by itself. The Roffey Park Management Institute calls this “washing-up creativity” because most flashes of inspiration come when we are walking the dog, sitting Archimedes-like in the bath, or doing the washing up.

Apply these 7 creative thinking techniques and make them part of your daily thinking and I guarantee that new solutions to your problems will open up to you with ease and speed.

You have a bright idea hidden somewhere in the back of your mind that you just can’t wait to test out. The question is, do you really want to bring it out into the light? What could motivate you to churn your creative, inspiring juices to their utmost flavor?

Did you know that it always helps to set a time limit to your personal goals? Set yourself up so you can accomplish the most tasks in record time. For example, mowing the lawn in an hour before the big game on TV. A correct and positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, and even enjoyable.

It’s simple. If you begin to allow yourself a bit of positive thinking then you will begin to realize things that you never thought possible. Thinking big is indeed the American Way and that what made our country prosperous. You can follow other great Americans who tapped into their creative mind and began to thing big..

Discover some tips to make it through your first week of possibility thinking even if you’re just sitting in your favorite couch. Your mind is constantly at work for you. Tap into it’s great resource while doing everyday activities.

1. Act. You must take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. My mother (probably quoting someone else) always said, “Action speaks louder than words”. Without action, passion is void.
Dreams become reality when you simply start by tinkering with your mind, then with your hands. And if the idea weakens or falters you can always go back to it later until you finish it. Thomas Edison and his Dream Team had to go back to the idea of a light bulb and recalculate it over 1,000 times before the first working light bulb begin to light the world.

2. Love. Commit to yourself. Then commit to those you love to powerfully create a life you can love. Instead of reacting, commit to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear. The American Dream will always be there, but a dream will still be a dream without motion. Be amazed as the transformation begins.

3. Live. Embrace moments and opportunities. Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every time you hit on something that may appear too extreme why not give it a shot anyway. See if it will work. You may be surprised with the results. If you are not then decide to use that moment to learn from it and make the appropriate shift. Learning and growing from mistakes and failures is a part of living.

4. Be grateful. Dwell completely in a place of gratitude. Learn to utilize what you have in your hands and make use of it in the most constructive way. Necessity is the mother of invention. Have you ever been stuck without something you needed and had to make do with something else? (MacGyver, from the famous tv show, was famous for that!) How grateful were you that you had the means to solve your situation? Slipping into neediness will become less of a habit when you repeatedly shift towards gratitude and away from poverty consciousness.

5. Be Passionate. Use a Passion Formula of Recognize/Reevaluate/Restore in place of the Shoulda/Woulda/Coulda whirlwind. The former is based on increased knowledge and abundance while the latter focuses on scarcity and lack. As you face people or tasks that may seem harder than scaling the summit of the Himalayas, allow yourself to realize that the task is just as important as giving out orders to your subordinates. You would rather be richly passionate!

6. Laugh. Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself whenever possible. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! I have yet to see a comedian ever go hungry even though his jokes are as ‘old as great-grandma’. Life has too much to offer to allow yourself to mope around in self pity. Humor is very attractive, very passionate: life-giving.

7. Discover Your Purpose. Believe that you are the architect of your destiny. Realizing how you wish to be remembered when you pass from this life is a truly driving force. Your purpose for being can be a seemingly simple as being a great parent to as elaborate as discovering miraculous cures.
                                    Image result for creativity image
When you have a strong purpose no one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Truly, as long as there’s still breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in a lifetime. Discovering and following your purpose will enable you to enjoy your work. Celebrate in the discovery that acting on your creative mind’s thoughts is fulfilling your purpose. Watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision.

Activate your positive thinking. Stretch your imagination. Think bigger than you feel comfortable. Act on your thoughts. The number one tip here is action. You want to start practicing these steps.

Think about this: It is unfortunate that so many people still do not use a computer because it appears too complicated to begin using. Or maybe they just keep putting it off till a more convenient time. These are just a couple of limitations one can set up for themselves. Limitations and failure to act on ideas and opportunities leave many as a dim bulb in a dark corner.

Alert! You are not doomed to darkness. You are interested in living a life of purpose and love. The wonderful, creative idea in you is about to be released. You are interested in doing this because you are reading this article. Fortunately if you truly desire something, the will to attain it will open your creative mind to find a way.

Now you need only to begin to act on your desire to create. Act now! Make your path to creativity and follow your purpose. Take your first step today with a positive attitude.

Illuminating Outdoor Spaces at Night Creates a True Outdoor Living Room. Understanding what makes an outdoor room beautiful requires thinking about what is on the inside first. What elements make the indoor space of the home warm, inviting and functional? Consider this, then you can apply the idea to the outdoors. One factor on the list of an indoor room’s main purpose is the space’s ability to be used any time, day or night. Lighting plays a tremendous role in creating ambiance in the indoor room. This same idea can be extended to the outside.

The outdoor space can be fully used as another room when entertaining a few guests or as an evening getaway for family time. To be a real room, the outdoor area must function at dusk or at night as well as it does in daylight. To add to the function of the outdoor room in the dusk and evening hours, lighting must be considered. By night, outdoor living and dining spaces can be engaging and romantic.

The space is created into a quiet room where conversation or good dining holds great significance. Low-level lighting in outdoor living and dining rooms is preferred. The outdoor space becomes a real living room when illuminated by the soft flicker of candlelight, lanterns, or by beautiful outdoor lamps.

Instead of a single light source at night, the outdoor space can have any different types of lighting placed at various heights. New outdoor lamps are weatherproof and weighted meaning the outdoor room can be a cozy, evening gathering spot. The outdoor room, above all, is deemed a romantic destination in the home come nightfall, and it’s lighting most often reflects that.

Let’s face it, there is no get rich overnight home-based business. It takes persistence, determination, action and planning in order to build your home-based business. This article will list somethings you should do before starting your business.
First find out your desire. What is motivating you to start your home-based business? Is it a better future for your kids? A better life for you? Do you need money to take care of a sick parent? Whatever the reason is for starting your home-based business, make sure you write it down. Also make sure your reason is something that really matters to you. Read your reason out loud once before going to bed and once after waking up.

Next set a goal. Decide on what you want. Write it down. Set a date in which you want to achieve it. Read your goal when you wake up and before you go to sleep. Create a plan on how to achieve your goal. If the plan is not working, simple just try another plan. Failure is what makes people successful. Successful people keep on trying until they find a way that works for them. Unsuccessful people quit after they fail. That is the main difference between successful and unsuccessful people.

Last but not least cut out all of the negative influences in your life. You may have doubts already and you don’t need anyone to help feed on those doubts. Look some people are just bitter and really don’t want you to succeed, stay away from them. They will kill your spirit and make you question yourself. You must look for people who push you to do better and want you to have the very best in life. You are who you hang around with.

There are many other things that you could do but this is a great place to start. Times are changing. Starting your own home-based business maybe the best thing you can do for yourself and your family. With consistent action and planning your home-based business can build you the life you always dreamed of.

There may be several reasons why a person needs to work from home. One household members works outside the home and the other stays there to take care of the kids, an ill relative or simply is unable to find a job to match their employment skills. Fortunately, with the increasing acceptance of the internet there are many various work at home jobs a person can perform and make money without having to leave the house.
Websites need to market their sites and to do so they use three basic types of marketing. Search engine marketing, articles marketing and affiliate marketing and people with little or no website experience can take advantage of a couple of these methods and begin earning money at home. Search engine marketing does require extensive experience in building websites that are attractive to the electronic spiders employed by search engines, but article marketing and affiliate marketing hold promise.

Affiliate marketing is one of the hottest trends in working at home and with a basic understanding of internet language can have their own website up and running and collecting an income from many different companies. While many opportunities exist with some internet companies that offer turnkey business solutions, they are offering the person a chance to advertise a specific site and earn money from any sales that stem from that site. There are a few good ones online, but still, the income is going to come from a single source and if something happens to that one company, the income stream stops.

Building your own website allows the opportunity to choose as many affiliate companies that the individual wants to join. They could build a virtual mall with internet affiliate from a variety of specialties to attract visitors with different tastes and interests to provide a better chance of achieving sales. When a visitor goes through their virtual mall and makes a purchase, the site owner receives a commission. Although most commissions are in the five to 10 percent range, there are a few that pay handsome rewards to a site owner who refers business their way.

Signing up with companies can be done one at a time, which is time consuming, or through an affiliate portal that offers hundreds of online companies from which to choose. The trick is choosing companies in which the target market may be interested. Additionally, the more companies that sell items referred to as consumables, the better chance there is to achieve repeat sales. Consumables are not necessarily edible merchandise; rather consumables are those items that will need to be replenished on a consistent basis such as toothpaste, paper products and household cleaners.

There are many opportunities with which a free website can be established and most of those have the tools with which to build a working website. However, in order to have a unique name to the site, web-hosting companies may offer sites for under $50 a year. These may be considered after the free site is up and running and producing an income.

BEST STRATEGIES TO USE IN ONLINE MARKETING!!!

Check out some of the best strategies to use if you want to become successful in making business online...

                                   #1
If you run an online store selling products, such as tools, jewelry, makeup, gifts, clothing, or any other products, you make more money when you sell more products. Since the objective of any business is to make money, online store owners know that the more products they sell, the more money they can make.

“How can I sell more of my products online?” is one of the most common questions I hear from my clients is. Here are several tips that will help you sell more of your products online and generate more revenue:

– Show off the products in the best possible light. When people buy a product, they want to know what the product looks like. If someone is buying a couch, they want to be able to see if that couch would fit with the rest of their furniture before actually buying it. If someone wants to buy a piece of jewelry, they want to see what the jewelry looks like before buying it.

Therefore, the best way for you to convince your web site visitors that your products are right for them is by showing the products in the best possible light. Have high quality, detailed pictures of your products on your web site so that people are convinced that they need your product as soon as they see it.

– Make your web site easy to use. If someone comes to your web site to purchase your products, make sure they can find exactly what you are looking for. Your web site should have clear and concise navigation that is exactly the same on every page of the web site.

An easy to use navigation ensures that your web site visitors find what they are looking for on your web site and purchase it.

– Optimize web site for search engines. Another good way to drive more customers to your web site and increase your online sales is by optimizing your web site for search engines. Search engine optimization is the process of modifying web page content and meta-information to improve the search engine ranking of the page. Meta-information includes certain HTML tags (title, heading, emphasized text, keyword and description meta-tags), as well as the internal (links between pages on the same site) and external (links between pages on different sites) link structure of a web site.

Optimizing your web site helps you improve your search engine rankings and drive more targeted traffic to your web site.

– Create a blog to promote your business. A blog is your business diary, in which you share the information about your business, your new products, different ways of using your products and much more. Your blog is an excellent tool to let the world know about your business and your products, to connect with potential customers and promote what you have to offer.

In order to bring the most online traffic and make money with your blog, make sure that your blog consistently and create blog posts that are of interest to your past as well as potential customers. Regular posts that are interesting to read is what will keep your readers coming back and buying from you.

The Internet is a great place to sell your products. When you know how to market your business online, you bring more web site traffic, get more product sales and make more money.

                                                   #2
Think about this. You are planning to engage in “eCommerce”, to take your business online. So, you need to learn a new set of business rules, a new way of doing things, because online business is “different”, right?

Well, actually, no, not really. You still have a product or service to sell. You still have a store with a shop “window” (your website) and you still need the customers to visit your store, in order to buy whatever it is that you are selling.

The only major difference is that (continuing the analogy) your local store window can only be seen by a small group of people, whereas your online business can be seen by the whole world. By engaging in eCommerce, you can take your business “global”.

For many businesses, this is truly an advantage, representing a wonderful opportunity.

But that is not the case for everyone, particularly for companies who sell a physical , tangible product. When planning to go online, therefore, you should spend some time thinking about your product and exactly who your target market is, because this will be a crucial factor in determining whether your venture is a success or a failure.

What it is that you plan to market on your eCommerce enabled website, and who will want to buy it? Some products will, by their very nature, not be totally suited to a world wide market. Pork based food products for example, will not be popular in Muslim countries, nor will wine, whisky or beer. Sales of open toed sandals may be disappointing in Iceland, Greenland and the frozen polar North.

Secondly, give very careful thought about how you will get your product to the customer. For example, if you were to make laser toner cartridges in Asia (as one of my client companies does) there is absolutely no sense in trying to sell one or two cartridges at a time to a customer in the USA, because of the cost of delivery.

So, if your product is bulky or heavy, selling outside your locale may not be practical.

Furthermore, you need to consider that, whilst most countries use the same Standard International Trade Classification (S.I.T.C) codes for deciding on how much import duty to levy on a particular product, the actual duty to be paid varies from country to country, and such variations can (and will) lead to disputes. Again, using my client as an example, they sold a consignment of toner cartridges to a customer in Finland, which got held up in Customs for several weeks on arrival in Helsinki, because of a dispute over the Import Duties to be paid.

Whilst this was not the fault of my client or his customer, nevertheless, the result was an unhappy customer, who obviously did not become a regular customer.

Likewise, if you plan on selling a service online, can that service be provided outside your local area in such a way that you still make money? Do you need to have one of your own staff actually work with the customer (in which case, you need to stay local) or can the work be easily subcontracted on a global basis? Would it be easy to find such a local subcontractor capable of supplying your advertised service in such a way that both you and the customer are happy? How much would such a subcontractor cost?

Unless you can get positive answers to all of these questions, then, again, it may pay you to keep your services local, rather than overreaching, in order to become a global player.

DID YOU KNOW?

                                      ""DID YOU KNOW?"

-That, Damascus is the largest capital city of Syria. It is said to be the oldest city in the world still inhabited. It lies in southwestern Syria about 53 miles southeast of Beirut, Lebanon. The city is 2,200 feet above sea level in the valley of the Barada River at the foot of the Anti-Lebanon Mountains. Damascus has a desert climate with only 9 inches of rain each year. The temperature sometimes falls to 20(degree farenheit) in January, the coldest month, and in July it may rise to 100(degree farenheit). It is an Arab City but has minorities of many nationalities. More than 80 per cent of the people are moslems. There are christians of various sects and a few Jews.

The city has about 250 mosques. The Great Mosque is on the site of an early Christian church. Schools include Syrian University, Damascus College, and a number of Christian mission schools. The Bible mentions Damascus in the time of Abraham. The city was conquered by the Hebrews under David. by Assyria, Babylonia, and by Alexander the Great. In 64 B.C. Damascus became the capital of a Roman Province. The Arabs captured it in 635 A.D and made it a moslem center.

Damascus was held briefly by the Crusaders in 1126, was raided by the Mongols in 1260, and was again sacked by the Mongols under Tamerlane in 1399. The Ottoman Turks captured Damascus in 1516 and held it until 1918. At the end of World War I the British captured the city. After the war Damascus became capital of the French mandated territory of Syria. In 1941 during World War II Syria became independent with Damascus as its capital.
In 1960 Damascus had a population of 529,579.

-That, Danville (Illionis) is the city and the seat of Vermilion County. Danville is on the Vermilion River, 123 miles south of Chicago. It is served by four railways and two airlines. Danville is an agricultural and industrial center. Foundry products, electronic and electrical parts, railway equipment, trucks, meat casings, and hardware are produced. The Vermilion County Historical Society museum and a large United States Veterans hospital are here. It was settled in 1824, and was incorporated in 1869, Abraham Lincoln and Ward Hill Lamon had a IWA office here from 1852 to 1859, and one of the Lincoln-Douglas debates was held in the city.
It was the home of Joseph G. Cannon. It has a mayor-council form of government. In 1960 the population was 41,856.

-That, Danville (Virginia) is a city in, but independent of, Pittsylvania County. It is in the Piedmont section on the Dan River, 140 miles southwest of Richmond. Danville is one of the principal world markets for bright-leaf tobacco. Textile manufacturing forms the other principal industry. Foods, beverages, wood and concrete products, machine tools, fertilizers, bricks, and drugs are other products. Hydroelectric power has been extensively developed in the area. It was first settled in 1792. It's first charter, granted in 1830, was replaced by a new one in 1833. In 1865, when Jefferson Davies and his cabinet fled here from Richmond, the city served briefly as the last capital of the Confederacy and then as the capital of Virginia. The population in 1960 was 46,577.

-That, Dardanelles is a strait connecting the Aegean Sea with the Sea of Marmara. It is controlled by Turkey. The Dardanelles seperates the Gallipoli Peninsula in European Turkey from Asia Minor. The strait is almost 40 miles long. Its width varies from 1.2 to 4 miles, and it's average depth is 200ft. The Dardanelles has a strong undercurrent flowing eastward toward the of Marmara, and a weak surface current flowing westward toward the Aegean sea.

The Dardanelles is connected with the black sea of Marmara and the strait of Bosporus. For many years the Dardanelles has had a strategic commercial value because it controls the traffic between the black sea and the Mediterranean sea and thus is an important link between European and Asiatic countries.
The ancient Greeks called the strait Hellespont("Helle's Sea", in honor of Helle, daughter of Athamas). The name Dardanelles was taken from an ancient Greek city, Dardanus, on the Asiatic side of the strait.

Since the 19th century, Great Britain, France, Russia, Germany, Austria and Turkey have signed several agreements about control of strait. During World War I the site was the scene of a long and costly campaign. During most of world war II the strait was closed to the allies because Turkey remained neutral until late in the war.
